A lesser known Toucan, the Collared Aracari is a friendly, beautifully colored bird. They travel in small flocks chattering all the while. They will come to feeders placed slightly away from people. The love papaya, but will eat watermelon and oranges also. Younger Aracaris can be identified by their smaller size and a shorter bill
